Pour Over Brewer

HOW TO BREW

1. Bring at least 170 grams (6 oz) of water to a boil.
2. Grind 10 grams of coffee (2 tbsp) to medium settings resembling sea salt.
3. Place a filter in the dripper.
4. We recommend wetting the filter with hot water.
Then empty the dripper of extra water before proceeding brewing.
5. Add the ground coffee to the filter and Pour a little hot water slowly over the coffee.
6. Pour the rest of water in a steady spiral.
7. Enjoy the best cup of coffee.

Drip Coffeemaker

HOW TO BREW

1. Grind 10 grams of coffee (2 tbsp) to medium settings resembling sea salt.
2. Place a filter in filter basket. We recommend wetting the filter with hot water.
3. Add the ground coffee according to the recommended ratio to the filter.
4. Add cold, filtered water to the reservoir.
5. Pour the coffee and enjoy it.

Espresso Machine

Single Shot:
7–11 grams
of fresh coffee

Double Shot:
14 –22 grams
of fresh coffee

HOW TO BREW

1. Grind coffee to espresso setting resembling fine sugar.
2.Remove your portafilter from the espresso machine.
3. Distribute the coffee in portafilter, and place your portafilter on a flat surface.
Use your tamper to press down the coffee evenly.
4. Position the portafilter in the espresso machine, and start brewing.
Set your timer for 30 seconds.
5. Stop the shot and enjoy.

French Press

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

HOW TO BREW

1. Bring enough water to fill the French press to 200°F.
2. Grind 10 grams of coffee (2 tbsp) to coarse setting.
3. Add grounds to press then gently pour in hot water.
4. Give the grounds a gentle stir about 4-6 times, then
position the lid on top of the grounds.
5. After 4 minutes, gently press plunger down.
5. serve the coffee immediately and enjoy.

Iced Coffee

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

15g / 3 Tbsp.
of fresh coffee

6 oz.
of water

4-6 mins

HOW TO BREW

1. Bring enough water to 200°F.
2. Rinse filters with hot water and discard water. Place three filters
on one side of the Chemex and one on the other side away from the three others.
3. Add 3 oz. ice per 6 oz. hot water into the Chemex.
4. Grind 15 grams of coffee (3 tbsp) to medium settings resembling sea salt.

6. Begin pouring hot water over the grounds to bloom for 30 seconds.
7. Continue pouring rest of the hot water.
8. Remove filters and pour in a tall glass and enjoy.
